9999phl Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights as a Player

By accessing or using the 9999phl platform — including the website at https://9999phl.app, any associated mobile applications, or any service we provide through the platform — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of 9999phl, including registered players and visitors browsing without an account.

Your acceptance of these Terms is a condition of your right to use 9999phl. If you do not accept these Terms or any part of them, you must stop using the platform immediately. Continuing to use 9999phl after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version.

These Terms must be read together with the 9999phl Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated here by reference.

When these Terms use the following terms, they mean:

To register and use 9999phl, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. 9999phl strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 21.
• You are physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of placing bets or accessing gaming services.
• You are not accessing 9999phl in violation of any law or regulation applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You have not previously had a 9999phl account closed, suspended, or permanently banned by 9999phl for violations of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, or contractor of 9999phl, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You are registering and betting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

Each person may only hold one registered account on 9999phl. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Submitting false information — including a false name, date of birth, or contact details — is a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure without refund of any balance.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials. 9999phl recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling any two-factor authentication options available on the platform. You must not share your account login with any other person. Any activity carried out using your account credentials is your responsibility, whether or not it was authorised by you.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 9999phl support immediately at support@9999phl.app or via live chat. 9999phl will investigate all reported unauthorised access claims but cannot be held liable for losses resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.

All funds on 9999phl are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). 9999phl accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay and PESONet bank transfers (including BDO, BPI, and UnionBank), and Visa/Mastercard credit and debit cards.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your 9999phl balance immediately for GCash, Maya, and GrabPay. Bank transfers via InstaPay are typically credited within 30 minutes. The minimum deposit is ₱100. 9999phl does not charge any fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own fees.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. The minimum withdrawal is ₱100. 9999phl processes withdrawal requests within one hour for standard accounts and within 15 minutes for GCash and Maya where system conditions allow. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically completed within three to twelve hours. 9999phl does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions.

Withdrawal conditions: Withdrawals may be subject to the following conditions:

• Completion of KYC verification as described in Section 4.
• Meeting the wagering requirement for any active bonus balance before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings (see Section 7).
• A minimum real-money wagering activity of at least one completed bet after each deposit, to prevent the use of 9999phl as a money transfer service.

9999phl reserves the right to delay processing withdrawals for accounts undergoing identity verification, security review, or investigation for suspected violations of these Terms. You will be notified if a withdrawal is delayed for these reasons.

Deposits are only accepted from payment methods in your own name. 9999phl will not process withdrawals to third-party payment accounts. Any funds deposited from a payment method not belonging to you may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

All bets placed on 9999phl are subject to the specific rules for the relevant product — sportsbook, live casino, sabong, or slots. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing bets. Product-specific rules are available in the relevant section of the 9999phl platform.

The following general betting rules apply across all 9999phl products:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended unless specifically permitted by the relevant product rules.
• 9999phl reserves the right to void any bet where a technical error or data feed error has resulted in the display of incorrect odds. In such cases, the stake will be returned to your account balance.
• In-play or live betting markets may be suspended at any time, particularly during significant game events. Bets submitted during a suspended market period will not be accepted.
• 9999phl reserves the right to set minimum and maximum bet limits on any market. These limits may vary by event, market type, account status, or platform conditions.
• Bets placed on events with outcomes already known at the time of placing — whether through late information, system delay, or fraud — will be voided, and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
• 9999phl may restrict betting access on specific markets or for specific accounts where there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing, collusion, or other integrity concerns.

9999phl offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to these general terms as well as any specific terms stated in the individual promotion announcement. In the event of a conflict between these general terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion's terms take precedence.

Welcome Bonus: New 9999phl players are eligible for a first-deposit bonus of up to ₱10,000, subject to a 10x wagering requirement on the bonus amount before withdrawal. The welcome bonus must be claimed within 7 days of account registration. It is available to new players only and is limited to one claim per household, device, and IP address.

General bonus conditions applicable to all 9999phl promotions:

• Bonuses are credited as bonus balance and must meet the stated wagering requirement before any winnings derived from bonus play can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each bonus. Bonus balance and associated winnings will expire if requirements are not completed within this period.
• Only wagers on eligible games count toward a wagering requirement. Wagers on games excluded from a promotion, or bets placed at odds below 1.50 on sports markets, do not count unless specifically stated otherwise.
• 9999phl reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, though this will not affect bonuses already credited to accounts.
• Abuse of bonus offers — including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, or coordinated betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in forfeiture of all bonus balance and potential account closure.
• 9999phl's decision on all bonus-related matters is final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 9999phl and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account on 9999phl, whether under your own name or any other identity.
• Providing false information during registration, verification, or when communicating with 9999phl support.
• Using the platform while under the age of 21.
• Using VPN, proxy, or other IP masking tools to circumvent location restrictions or access the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
• Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to access or interact with the 9999phl platform in any way not authorised for human users.
• Exploiting technical errors, game glitches, or system vulnerabilities to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players, manipulating game outcomes, or participating in any form of match-fixing or betting fraud.
• Laundering money through the 9999phl platform, including depositing and withdrawing funds with minimal gambling activity.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you or that has been obtained fraudulently.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 9999phl staff or other platform users.
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content from the 9999phl platform without written authorisation.

9999phl is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing gambling-related harm among our players. We provide the following tools to help you stay in control of your gaming activity:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit to your 9999phl account.
• Loss limits: Set limits on how much you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Session time reminders: Receive notifications after you have been logged in for a continuous period you define.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-exclusion: Permanently close your account and block access to 9999phl. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

All responsible gaming tools are available directly within your 9999phl account settings. Once set, deposit and loss limits can only be reduced immediately; increases to limits require a 72-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.

9999phl collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of the agreement between you and 9999phl.

By registering an account, you consent to 9999phl processing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and the provision of the services described in these Terms.

9999phl does not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data is shared only with service providers necessary for platform operations, PAGCOR as required under our license conditions, and law enforcement where we are legally obligated to disclose information.

You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data held by 9999phl, subject to legal retention requirements. Data requests should be submitted to support@9999phl.app.

9999phl reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a violation of these Terms, applicable laws, or PAGCOR regulations. Specific grounds for suspension or termination include but are not limited to:

• Any of the prohibited conduct items listed in Section 8.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period when requested.
• Suspected underage gambling.
• Account security concerns, including suspected unauthorised access.
• A valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Instruction from PAGCOR or a court of competent jurisdiction.

Where an account is suspended for investigation, 9999phl will freeze the account balance during the review period. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the suspension will be lifted and full account access restored. If a breach is confirmed, 9999phl may forfeit part or all of the account balance depending on the nature and severity of the breach, particularly where the balance includes winnings derived from prohibited activity.

You may close your own 9999phl account at any time by submitting a closure request to support@9999phl.app. Real-money balances at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method after standard processing times, subject to any outstanding verification or wagering requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 9999phl and its officers, directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.
• Loss of betting opportunities or inability to place bets due to technical downtime, scheduled maintenance, or internet connectivity issues outside 9999phl's control.
• Losses resulting from your failure to adequately secure your account credentials.
• Losses arising from incorrect bet placement, including selection of the wrong team, market, or odds.
• Any technical error in game software provided by third-party certified game providers, provided the error is corrected and affected bets are voided and refunded.

9999phl's maximum aggregate liability to any player in connection with any incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount you deposited on the platform in the 30-day period immediately before the incident.

All content on the 9999phl platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, and marketing materials — is the intellectual property of 9999phl or its licensed partners. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 9999phl platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any 9999phl content.
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from 9999phl content.
• Use the 9999phl brand or logo in any commercial context without written permission.
• Scrape, extract, or systematically collect data from the platform using automated tools.

Any unauthorised use of 9999phl intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from your use of 9999phl are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. PAGCOR regulations and related gaming legislation apply to all aspects of the platform's operations.

If you have a dispute with 9999phl, you must first contact our support team and allow us to attempt to resolve the issue. Most account and betting disputes can be resolved by our support team within 72 hours. We aim to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal support process, it may be escalated to PAGCOR for adjudication in accordance with PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures for licensed online gaming operators. 9999phl accepts PAGCOR's jurisdiction and will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR investigation or mediation process.

Any legal proceedings not resolved through PAGCOR mediation shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the Philippines having appropriate jurisdiction.

9999phl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — affecting your rights as a player, payment procedures, or game rules — 9999phl will provide advance notice of at least 7 days before the changes take effect. This notice will be delivered via email to your registered address and/or through a prominent announcement on the platform.

Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, and changes required by updated PAGCOR regulations — may take effect immediately upon publication without prior individual notice, though the updated date on this page will always reflect the most recent revision.

If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must stop using 9999phl before the changes take effect and contact support to close your account and request return of your balance. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
